Nicholas OLADEHIN serves as the Chief Executive Officer of ESKO Group, an Indigenous Guyanese-owned oilfield tools rental and technical services company serving drilling, completion, and production activities in offshore Guyana. With over two decades of combined academic and industry experience, he provides strategic leadership focused on operational excellence, local content advancement, and sustainable value creation for clients and stakeholders.

Mr. Oladehin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology, and a Master’s Degree in Petroleum Geochemistry & Petroleum Engineering, equipping him with deep technical competence across subsurface evaluation, well engineering, and upstream operations. Nicholas OLADEHIN serves as the Founder/CEO of ESKO Group, an Indigenous Guyanese-owned oilfield tools rental and technical services company serving drilling, completion, and production activities in offshore Guyana. Jennifer OLADEHIN-ABANDA

Chief Operating Officer | ESKO Group

Jennifer OLADEHIN-ABANDA is the Chief Operating Officer at ESKO Group. Specializing in Human Resources Management, organizational development, and strategic stakeholder engagement, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Master’s in International Human Resources Management, and is a CIPD certified HR Management Specialist.

Her years working within the UK Civil Service has provided her with invaluable experiences, bespoke skills, and strong client liaison capabilities with multicultural audiences, while providing deep policy insights to Senior Management, Directors and Stakeholders.

She possesses in-depth government/ stakeholders policies consultation skills, and coupled with a strong experience in customer service, inclusivity planning, strategic networking, and HR consulting, Jennifer’s expertise positions her with the responsibilities of designing structured inclusivity roadmaps to support governance, people management, development, growth expansion strategy, and championing capacity-building initiatives that advance the company’s mission, ensuring our core values are implemented collectively at strengthening Indigenous participation in Guyana’s energy sector.

Raymond CHURCHILL ABANDA

Managing Director | ESKO Group

Engr. Raymond ABANDA serves on the Board of Director of ESKO Group as the Managing Director, bringing over 40 years of specialized expertise in the downhole tool industry. He is highly skilled in delivering end-to-end solutions for complex wellbore challenges, with extensive experience across completion operations, wellbore intervention, and advanced fishing services spanning cased hole, open hole, whipstock, and thru-tubing environments.

Throughout his career, he has operated a wide range of downhole tools and technologies across multiple product lines and diverse assets—including open hole completions, multilateral casing exits, and comprehensive wellbore remediation systems. His hands-on field expertise, combined with strong technical leadership, has established him as a trusted authority in optimizing intervention performance and restoring well integrity.

He is recognized for his commitment to operational efficiency, consistently identifying innovative opportunities to reduce costs, improve tool reliability, and enhance job execution—while ensuring measurable value for clients. His deep technical proficiency spans cased-hole fishing, open-hole fishing, thru-tubing operations, whipstock deployment, workovers, and completion support.

Stephen OHUNENIESE

Deputy Managing Director | ESKO Group

Stephen OHUNENIESE is on the Board of Directors at ESKO Group, where he serves as Deputy Managing Director.

Stephen OHUNENIESE began his career as a Maintenance Technician with Ensco Tool Supply Inc., where he was responsible for the complete maintenance cycle of downhole equipment. A specialist in NOV Downhole Tools, he has over 35 years of experience in the downhole tools industry and possesses extensive knowledge of both completion and wellbore intervention operations, including but not limited to whipstocks, cased-hole, open-hole, and through-tubing fishing operations.

In his previous roles with Orwell International PHC and Segofs Energy Services, Stephen ensured that equipment was prepared and deployed in strict compliance with industry standards, quality procedures, and safety guidelines. His contributions have consistently supported the maintenance of client well integrity and the delivery of exceptional operational results.

Stephen OHUNENIESE is also the Managing Director of Crownstep Limited, a United Kingdom–based downhole tools consultancy company where he provides procurement consultation for both offshore and onshore companies. He continues to serve as the Deputy Managing Director of ESKO Group, Guyana, where his vast level of invaluable experiences is pivotal in achieving our goals and the expectations of our clients.

In addition to his extensive industry experience, Stephen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Nigeria, and a Master’s degree in Cyber Security from the University of West London, United Kingdom.

Titilola ANTHONIA DICKSON

Chief Legal Officer | ESKO Group

Titilola DICKSON serves on the Board of Directors of ESKO Group as the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) & Company Secretary, bringing a strong legal foundation, international experience, and a deep commitment to community empowerment. As a proud Guyanese citizen, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s governance framework and ensuring that ESKO Group operates with integrity, compliance, and accountability across all business functions.

Titilola holds an LLB (Bachelor of Laws), and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the renowned Obafemi Awolowo University. Called to the Nigerian Bar in 2016 as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, she has accumulated over six years of active legal practice, spanning corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and risk management.

Her experience also includes meaningful engagement with non-profit organisations, where she contributed to community development initiatives and advocacy programs. In her dual capacity as CLO & Company Secretary, Titilola is responsible for:

  • Establishing and overseeing robust corporate governance structures
  • Developing and implementing legal, regulatory, and operational policies
  • Advising the Board and Executive Management on risk, compliance, and statutory obligations, and ensuring ethical standards and legal integrity across all company operations
  • Managing board processes, documentation, and regulatory reporting

Folake Amanda OLADEHIN-ADETU

Folake Amanda OLADEHIN-ADETU serves on the Board of Directors of ESKO Group as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), bringing more than 15 years of progressive financial management experience and a proven track record of driving operational efficiency, financial integrity, and sustainable business growth. A proud Guyanese citizen, Folake’s leadership strengthens the company’s commitment to national development, local capacity-building, and responsible corporate governance.

She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University and is a Chartered Accountant, certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Her professional background spans corporate finance, government and non-profit accounting, auditing, strategic planning, and financial operations across multiple sectors.

Olanike OLADEHIN is a proud Guyanese, an administrative strategist, Agile practitioner, and an accomplished problem solver who serves on the Board of Directors as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of ESKO Group. Known for her multidisciplinary expertise and structured, solutions-oriented approach, she plays a central role in strengthening the company’s operational backbone and ensuring seamless alignment between strategy, governance, and day-to-day execution.

A Generalist Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Olanike holds a Master’s Degree in Public and International Affairs, a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language, and a Diploma in Education. Her academic and professional foundation reflects a strong commitment to research, organizational development, and modern administrative methodologies—particularly Agile frameworks that enhance efficiency, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
