Nicholas OLADEHIN

Chief Executive Officer | ESKO Group

Nicholas OLADEHIN serves as the Chief Executive Officer of ESKO Group, an Indigenous Guyanese-owned oilfield tools rental and technical services company serving drilling, completion, and production activities in offshore Guyana. With over two decades of combined academic and industry experience, he provides strategic leadership focused on operational excellence, local content advancement, and sustainable value creation for clients and stakeholders.

Mr. Oladehin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology, and a Master’s Degree in Petroleum Geochemistry & Petroleum Engineering, equipping him with deep technical competence across subsurface evaluation, well engineering, and upstream operations. His background includes extensive experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, account management and business development, along with a proven track record of supporting high-specification drilling campaigns, intervention projects, and regulatory-compliant operations.

He guides ESKO Group’s mission to deliver reliable, safety-driven rental tools and specialized services—including fishing, milling, clean-out, thru-tubing, plug and abandonment, and slot recovery solutions—while championing Indigenous workforce development and community capacity building.

Through strong partnerships with government agencies and industry stakeholders, he advances training programs in tools management, maintenance, and operational support, ensuring the company meets international quality standards, enhances client operational efficiency, delivers at pace, and strengthens Guyana’s sustainable, inclusive, and globally competitive energy sector.
